These instructions will provide you with simple steps to help you gain access to your Aeries Portal account if you are a BRSSD Parent.
- Using your web browser, navigate to https://aeries.brssd.org/Parent/ and click on the "Forgot Password?" option provided in the browser window.
- Enter the email address you have associated with your child(ren) at BRSSD for communication purposes. Then click "Next".
If you are unsure which email address this might be, please reach out to accounts@brssd.org with your name and the name of your children currently enrolled within the District.
- Once you complete the previous step, you will be sent an email with an "Email Code", retrieve this code from your email inbox and return to the Aeries browser window. Enter the email code and your email address in the corresponding fields. Click "Next" once you've completed this step.
The email will have been sent from 'noreply@brssd.org' and be titled "Aeries - Reset Account Password".
- The final step of setting up your Aeries Portal account for the first time will involve setting a new password. You will want to type in the password you would like to use, twice. Click "Next" once you have entered your preferred password.
- You have completed setup of your Aeries Portal account. click the "Return to Login Page" link to view your dashboard.
